Individual Flow Control Valves allow us to regulate the amount of lift at each pier location.
Twin Hydraulic Cylinders: PowerLift's Patented Systems have driving and lifting capabilities of up to 300,000 lbs. per pier.
Foundation Bracket: Residential brackets are fabricated from 6" x 10" x 1/2" web I-beam and have a load capacity of over 105,000 lbs. Special bracket attachments are fabricated in the field to correct foundation deformities and assure proper load
distribution at each pile. These brackets are designed for easy adjustments.
Piling Section: Made from medium carbon steel for extra strength with a life expectancy of over 50 years. The steel conforms to SAE standard 1536, Class 70 as
per ASTM A-181 making it the finest quality pile available in the steel pier industry. Pile sizes range from 2-7/8" diameter with a 1/4" wall thickness to 4 1/2" diameter with a 1/2" wall thickness. |
